A quick overview of Reforma Wellness

Our beautiful home studio is located on 243-247 Buccan Road, Buccan. Aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before class, to avoid traffic jams in the driveway.
Walk towards the two sliding doors to the side of the house.

Always bring a bottle of water, and positive vibes.
A pair of grippy socks is not essential though recommended (socks available for purchase in studio) a towel to place over the carriage.

Comfortable gym clothes recommended, gym tights, singlet or shirt.
A tighter shirt allows instructors to correct posture more effectively.

Reformer is the best class to start with. Stretch and restore is a beautiful flow of stretching once you have completed a few classes, and Reformer Barre Fusion is great for wanting to sculpt legs and increase heart rate.

Memberships start from $36 per week, 5 packs start from $110 and Casual classes start from $25.
We don’t impose any minimum term contracts on our memberships, and there is no joining fee.
